With over a decade of experience, this internationally accredited Yoga Therapist (M.Sc. Yoga, SVYASA University) is dedicated to helping you rediscover your innate state of harmony.

As the founder of Pratiswasthya Yog, Pratishruta offers personalized Yoga therapy, corporate wellness, daily online Yoga classes and specialized programs for lifestyle induced conditions, all rooted in the timeless wisdom of Yoga. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the renowned Kaivalyadham Yoga Research Institute, her work explores the powerful role of traditional mudra practices in healthy aging.  Pratishruta believes that “Yoga is not just a  practice. It is a return to swasthya—one’s original state of harmony.” 

                             Through Pratiswasthya Yog, she has taught and mentored over 5000 students globally, offering daily online Zoom classes and thematic workshops tailored to individual and community wellness. Her reach extends across the USA, Canada, East Africa, UK, Dubai, and beyond India. She is widely recognized for her ability to bridge ancient Yogic practices with contemporary health challenges, making Yoga accessible, effective, and sustainable for all.
