Class Description

Online zoom group sessions conducted by Pratishruta 5 days a week

Great for both Beginners to Intermediate level practitioners.

These sessions include combination of Sukshma Vyayama, strong asana foundation with a vision of yoga anatomy and posture alignment, therapeutic approach of practicing asanas, traditional and scientifically proven Pranayama practices, Kriyas, Meditation, Chanting of Mantras and Deep Relaxation Techniques. Personalized attention to ensure you get the best out of your practice.

These disciplined classes will help you build your strength, immunity, body awareness, flexibility, and mobility while you enjoy practicing in a supportive and inspiring community.

  • Public Holidays are off
  • Full moon or no moon days are either slowing down practices or kept as self-practice.
  • Ask all your queries before signing the class. Devices need to be set properly so that we can check and correct your posture perfectly.
