It is the normal tendency of the mind to oscillate frequently. When Tamas in the body increases dullness, lethargy, inactiveness comes. Yoga is to reduce tamas and keep your

By reducing Tamas, mind travels to Rajasic state and one becomes active but the aim of Yoga is to achieve Sattva state. "Samatvam Yog uchyate" When there is complete balance, harmony in body and mind, it is called Yog.
Walk goes best with Yoga practice. If you are practicing dynamic exercises it is advisable to keep some gap in between two exercises. Ideally after Yoga practice you
should not disturb the state of mind by over exertion.
Everything comes with regular practice. Awareness of body parts, right engagement of muscles and keeping the mind calm and having patience while practicing asanas helps to master any difficult posture.
Yes, you can sip the water with small quantity if you feel thirsty. No suppression of natural urges while practicing Yoga.
Good, it's absolutely normal. Yogasanas work on different unused muscles, body starts opening and working systematically in different postures. So initially it is a good sign. Do not skip the next day class.
Yoga practice has to be done with complete awareness. One should always practice as per own body limitation and capacity. Overstretching, competitive approach, wrong alignment, jerky movements, improper breathing pattern leads to injuries. Although teacher will give instructions from time to time, one should always listen to them carefully and follow as per individual body capacity.
Yoga doesn’t talk more about food but satvik diet which is fresh and healthy will help you in your practice.
At least keep a gap of 2 to 3 hours before practice and half an hour after the practice.
Yoga practice is not only exercise. It should reflect in your behaviour, attitude and in overall personality. Over a period of time, Yoga becomes the lifestyle and you can experience the infinite benefits at physical, mental and spiritual level .
Menstruation is a period of rest. It is advisable not to practice physical postures for ateast first 2 days, later depending upon blood flow and stamina you can resume your practice.
